I have heard reference to PINs pop up in WhatsApp chat a few times over the past few months but didn't know what this was for. Today I found out that Chaitons did a lien search of all properties. Not sure what the PIN does for you; maybe someone can explain it. I do know there was never an email explaining this.
You can do the same search on your own here: https://www.onland.ca/ui/. I believe it costs $35. I have done this a few times. I highly recommend if you don't know lien status of your property/ies you should do that.
Maybe someone from the LRC could clue us in to what it sounds like we have already paid for, but not been given access to; and I'll post better instructions here.
